Precision Sprayer Technology Field Demo Program

Thank you for registering for our Precision Sprayer Technology Field Demo Program. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL MEET AT THE THRALL COUNTRY DINER located at 216 US-79, Thrall, TX 76578, Friday, October 4th at 7:30am to:

  • Sign-In for the program. (Be sure to have your Pesticide Applicator License if you need CEU hours)
  • Enjoy breakfast tacos and coffee provided by the Williamson County Farm Bureau
  • Attend the TDA Laws and Regulations portion of the program

Upon completion of the L&R session we will load up and head to the Stiles Farm Foundation Office located at 5700 Fm 1063, Thrall, TX 76578. The John Deere and Vortex Advantage Ag field demos will be in the fields close to Stiles Farm Office.

Surveys will conclude the field day, and see Gary to receive your CEU Certificate.

Save The Date Field Day

If you are interested in farming or ranching in the Central Texas Blackland’s, we invite you to attend the Stiles Farm Annual Field Day on June 11th, 2024. Below are some important details regarding the field day:
  • Location: Stiles Farm Foundation; 5700 FM 1063 Thrall, Texas 76578;
  • Registration is from 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM. No registration costs thanks to Williamson County Farm Bureau;
  • Program will conclude by 8:30, after a catered dinner and scholarship presentations;
  • NEW THIS YEAR – We are including a session focused on Youth Safety in Agriculture. It will be a fun hands-on type program running concurrently with our farm field tour;

Partnership Opportunities

Stiles Farm can run multiple projects at once thanks to the demonstration and research plot model. If you or your company would like to partner with Stiles Farm, we are looking for partnerships in long term conservation tillage and cover crop research, precision agriculture technologies, innovations in beef cattle production, the economics of small acreage horticulture production in the blacklands, and use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones) in agriculture production.
